* Casile Alfred (1848-1909):

Landscape (Ec en). He exposed the French Artists from 1879 Honorable Mention in 1881. 3rd class medal in 1885. An admirer of Corot, Boudin and it was Aminde Jongkind, lived in Paris and often stayed on the coast of the Channel and the Sea North, he painted with a due sense of gray and light of the north and the vastness of the skies overwhelming flat cliffs. Revenue at the end of his life on the Mediterranean coast, he adopted a more colorful palette and a harder writing to describe the Marseille cornice and the Var coast. (Bénézit extract)
