Louis XV commode or bidet chair in walnut (and leather), backrest with cover elbow rests revealing compartments, removable cushion seat covering a Rouen earthenware basin with white-blue flower decoration, JME and J stamp Armant *, resting on four arched legs, from the 18th century.
This chair is in good condition. Stamped on the back, see photos.
A note: small hole in the leather of the file, missing a nail in the top of the file, the leather of the seat is worn and damaged, some small accidents on the wood, the earthenware basin was broken then restored with staples , wear of time, see photos.
