miniature hand-painted the portrait of Elizabeth of Bavaria * (better known by his nickname Sissi), period late nineteenth and early twentieth century.
This miniature is in good condition and its wooden frame. It is signed on the bottom right.
A note: Small scratches on the frame, miniature comes off the frame and will reattach.
born Duchess in Bavaria, married Emperor Franz Joseph I and Empress of Austria was (1854-1898) and Queen consort of Hungary (1867-1898). It is universally known by the nickname Sissi.
