Necklace said "Holy Spirit" in finely chiseled sterling silver (wild boar head hallmark) embellished with Rhinestones, representing a dove holding a wreath around its head, surmounted by a knot, Norman work, 19th century century.
This necklace is in good condition and is of high quality. It is hallmarked in several places.
A note: missing the clasp, missing a small stone (see red arrow), micro-scratches and slight wear of time, see photos.
* The Norman Holy Spirit is composed of a dove and a stone knot. A wreath sometimes haloed the head of the bird, or it could be surrounded by bunches of grapes which it pecked. The large stone crosses will dethrone other types of crosses in the 19th century.
