Pair of Louis XV armchairs stamped eighteenth

Superb pair of Louis XV cabriolet armchairs, beech decorated with intricately carved flowers and foliage, trace of legend, of XVIIIth century.

These seats are in good condition. The seat is wide, these chairs are very comfortable. They are fully pegged. One of the chairs has a trace of stamp * but it is difficult to read (see photos) (JME at first). They were retapissés later.

A note: an armrest moves a chair, cross sides were réentées on a chair, the tips of the feet are redone, they were reinforced underneath, use of repairs (including both ankles redone, see last photo) old wormholes, normal wear on the wood, visible in the pictures.

* The stamp had already been imposed in the seventeenth century (and even in the Statutes of 1647).
