This nécéssaire is in good condition and is of high quality. It is composed of many bottles and boxes, as well as sewing elements. Inside, a travel mirror with tripod and wall mount. Probably missing an item on the right side of the mirror.

A note: some scratches and wear on the cabinet, some dirt on and in the bottles, tiny small shocks and scratches on the silver lids, lack perhaps some small sewing elements, wear time, see photos.

* The house of Gramont

is a surviving family of the French nobility, originating from the valley of Aure, in the Comminges. The duchy of Gramont was created by letters patent of Louis XIV, king of France and Navarre, decreed in November 1648 and registered in 1663, following the elevation of the count of Gramont in duke to patent and peer by letters patent of December 31, 1643.
