Snuffbox in the shape of a copper cap, trench work of a poilu during the First World War (1914-18), with humorous inscriptions engraved by the author "long live the pipe [...]", early period Twentieth century.
This snuffbox is in good general condition, in its original condition. Inscriptions relating to the pipe and the cigar on the edge (hard to read).
