Case that can be used as a card holder, coin purse or eyeglass holder, in Dieppe ivory carved with a popular dance scene, with several characters in a village, the musician standing on a barrel, from the 19th century.
This case is in good overall condition.
Please note: the oval piece of tapestry that decorated the back of the case is missing, some dirt and wear from time, see photos.
Worked ivory specimen, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore in accordance with EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc.
