Very nice and rare Dutch snuffbox copper and finely carved gilded brass, decorated with religious figures certainly, probably including the Virgin Mary, as well as inscriptions, decorated sides of vegetable friezes, XVIIth century.
This snuff box is in good condition, it has undergone some uses of time.
A note: wear decorations, inscriptions are illegible, some cabossures and deformations, it closes very well, wear time, see pictures.
