Pair of silvered bronze sculptures signed Emile Guillemin* representing two men, musicians: a violinist and a flautist, dressed in Renaissance fashion, with their swords, from the 19th century.
These sculptures are in good overall condition. Signed on the base.

(French School). Student of his father, Emile Marie Auguste, and of Salmson. Debuted at the Salon of 1870. A bust of Thiers by him is held in the Toul Museum, and "Eliezer and Rebecca" in the Montreal Museum. Honorable mention in 1897. (Cf. Bénézit)
