* Gladenbeck:

Gladenbeck Hermann (1827-1918) was a bronze foundry from Berlin's international reputation in the 1850s bequeathed his foundry to his four son Oskar (1850-1921), Alfred (1858-1912), Walter (1866- 1945) and Paul (14869-1947) who took the name of Gladenbeck & Son. Their foundry produced many parts ordered by the state, as the monument to the memory of Immanuel Kant and the Victory Column in Berlin. Gladenbeck is considered the most important German foonderie which produced monumental sculptures as well as small parts in bronze. Signatures are "Gladenbeck und Sohn," "Akt Ges-vH Gladenbeck", "Akt-Ges Gladenbeck Berlin" or "Aktien-Gesellschaft Gladenbeck". The Company ceased trading following a bankruptcy in 1926.
