** The wallpaper factory Dumas built in 1913 by architects Jodard Lecoeur and the site of the former wallpaper factory Valletta, acquired in 1906 by Paul Dumas. Destroyed by fire in 1921, it was rebuilt the same year in terms of J. Demoison, architect-engineer, specializing in industrial buildings. In 1928, the tool consists of 40 machines to print on fabric and paper, 12, 14, 16 and 24 colors. The manufacturer Paul Dumas was the first to use the same manufacturing cylinders for finishing fabrics and printing wallpaper in the early twentieth century, which explains the high quality and fine designs of these wallpapers.
