Large cross cowl in cloisonné enamel on onyx (or white marble) and gilt bronze, decorated with flowers and foliage and a central monogram, vintage late nineteenth century.
This holy water is in good condition and is very decorative because of its large size. The inside of the cover is engraved "Remembrance First Communion Kneeling Alice Roux 5 June 1898".
A note: lacks a little decoration element in the container of holy water, a few micro-chips and scratches on onyx, light wear to gilding and enamel tiny gaps, wear time, see photos.
