Louis XVI portico clock in white marble and rich gilt bronze ornamentation finely chiseled, decorated with three beautiful bowls and flower vases on the top, underside of the dial decorated with a garland plant with blazon and trumpets, amounts decorated with candlesticks, quiver and ribbons, placed on four legs of lions surrounding two Wedgwood porcelain plates, eighteenth century.
This clock is in good condition and is of exceptional quality of carving. The enamelled dial with Arabic numerals is signed Le Jeune in Paris, the movement will be revised. We have his balance (sun-shaped mascaron) and his key. We add its gilded wooden base (a little damaged, see last photo).
A note: some small chips on the edges of the marble, small shine on the dial at the winding hole and small crack, Wedgwood plate is broken (missing piece), wear of time, look at the pictures
