Octagonal alcove clock, finely chiseled gilt bronze decorated with a frieze of small flowers surrounding the dial with Roman numerals, quarter repeating ring, movement signed by the watchmaker Perreton in Paris 1796, late period 18th century.

This clock is in good condition, it is of high quality. The movement is signed, it works but will have to be revised. We don't have the key. The dial glass is curved.

The clockmaker Perretton was referenced in Paris rue de Sèvres until 1806 (succ. Floccard in 1812), Dictionnaire des Horlogers Français (Tardy).
