Camel or dromedary saddle called tamzak *, from Méharis Tuaregs from Niger (Aïr region), in hard wood (tamarix or acacia) covered with leather, camel skin, green kano leather (goat), iron and nails, with its satchel, its reins and whip (original), vintage late 19th-early 20th centuries.
This saddle is in good condition, in its own juice.

* This type of saddle is used by the Tuareg to harness camels, which are used both for racing and for combat. In the Sahara region, dromedaries are considered to be the most prestigious animals.
