Carved wooden frame with coat of arms, quartered North Flanders, 19th century engravings

Carved wooden frame presenting on the top a coat of arms in a shield: a quartered coat of arms (2: golden lion on a gules background / 3: three golden stars on an azure background / 4: golden band),
This frame is in good condition and is of good quality. The coats of arms presented are most likely family coats of arms from Northern France / Flanders. For example, the coat of arms (2) "gules, with an armed golden lion" is reminiscent of the coat of arms of the Werbrouck family.
Please note: coat of arms a little worn (part 1 hard to see), some humidity stains on the engravings, wear and tear, see photos.
