Small vase with a glass paste neck, decorated with acid flower and foliage of green glass lined on a pink / orange background, signed Emile Gallé *, Art Nouveau period late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

This vase is in good condition. Signed on the side.

A note: dirt in places and slight scratches, tiny defects and wear of time, see photos.

* Emile Gallé (1846-1904) is an industrialist, master glassmaker, cabinetmaker and ceramist French. He is founder and first president of the School of Nancy in 1901. Child of the Art and the trade, he is one of the most outstanding figures of the applied arts at his time and one of the pioneers of the Art new.
