Beautiful vase signed Gallé glass paste *, decorated with a wooded landscape around a pond or a river, Art Nouveau late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

* Émile Gallé (1846-1904)

is an industrial master glassmaker, cabinetmaker and French ceramist. He is the founder and first president of the École de Nancy in 1901. Child art and commerce, it is one of the most influential figures of applied arts in his time and one of the pioneers of Art Nouveau.
