Painted miniature portrait of a young woman with grapes, Italian gilded wood frame, 19th century

Painted miniature representing the portrait of a young woman lightly dressed in a flowing dress and holding bunches of grapes, wearing a plant crown, probably a representation of a bacchante (priestess of Bacchus), in an Italian frame in gilded carved wood, from the early 19th century.
This miniature is in good general condition as is its frame.
Please note: crack at the bottom of the miniature, small chip on the edge of the glass, small accidents and missing parts at the top of the frame, wear and tear, see photos.
