Hand painted miniature depicting the portrait of a young elegant woman, Mme de Melotte d'Envaz, wife of the Chevalier de Melotte, signed Josephine Lhoest and dated 1823, in a stucco wooden frame decorated with palmettes, early period Nineteenth century.
This miniature is in good condition and its frame. Old label collection on the back.
