* Pierre-Henry Favier - Paris: Symbol: Favier in full, a burette with handle framed by two grains of remedy above and below.
In 1848 Pierre-Henry took over the Parisian workshop of the goldsmith Jean-Baptiste Garnier, located at Place Dauphine 9. The company changed its address several times: 44 quai des Orfèvres, 44-46 quai des Orfèvres, 8 rue Saint-Christophe and finally 25 quai des Orfèvres. As a punch he took that of Garnier, two burettes and four points, and changed the name to Favier. Its hallmark was inscribed on August 12, 1846. In 1871 Louis-Marie Favier succeeded his father Pierre-Henry Favier.
