Large box to work or sewing wood and mother of pearl inlays, decorated with birds or phoenix twirling among stylized clouds and surrounded by floral motifs, the sides also decorated with floral motifs, inner part compartments are removing, from Vietnam or Indochina, XIXth century.
This box is in good condition.
A note: some cracks and accidents on wood, some small pearl gaps, scratches and wear time, although looking at the pictures (red arrows).
