Oil on panel signed André Béronneau* depicting a seascape with a boat moored in the port of Saint-Tropez in Provence on the Mediterranean, dated 1927, from the early 20th century.
This painting is in good condition. Signed lower right, annotated and dated on the back.

He was a French painter active during the first half of the 20th century. He is famous for his sumptuous French landscapes of southern Brittany and Provence. He exhibited his works at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris between 1926 and 1935. He is listed in the Bénézit dictionary of artists.
