HST racehorse, "Ipsa by Harley and Sevastopol", by Paul Moro, 19th century

Painting of a beautiful racehorse athletic and well cared for, in his stable, "Ipsa by Sebastopol and Harley," The Moor by Paul *, in its original frame, vintage late nineteenth and early twentieth century.

This oil is in good condition and frame. It is signed lower left.

A note: two minor scratches on the canvas at the bottom right (see red arrow), wear use.

* Paul Le More (act.1863-1914): (Ec en) Pupil of Couture. He debuted at the Salon of 1863. Member of French Artists since 1883. It quotes him: "The Three Friends" and "Ford". His paintings include many portraits of racehorses, prized by connoisseurs and collectors. (Bénézit)
