Pair of baluster-shaped vases in Chinese Canton porcelain, richly decorated with characters (mandarins and servants) and women or courtesans, as well as multiple multicolored birds, butterflies and flowers in reserves surrounded by a lively enhanced plant motif on a gilding background, from the 19th century.
These vases are in good condition and are very decorative. They are presented on carved wooden bases.
Note: small crack and slight defects at the neck of a vase (see red arrow), slight enamelling defects, wear over time, see photos.
