Very nice earthenware vase Malicorne signed TE Emile Tessier * vintage twentieth century.
This vase is in good condition. A report: some égrenures, gaps and fragments including neck visible on photos (red arrows).
* (1887 - 1971) was born in Émile TESSIER Malice in the world of ceramics in 1887. Very young, he became a pupil of Léon Pouplard and is distinguished by its features. He founded his own workshop in Malicorne in 1924, which were later to become the Faïenceries Art of Malice. Emile Tessier surrounds himself with people and talented artists and together they give a tremendous boost to Malicorne. It grows with the work of the openwork that has largely made the reputation of earthenware Malicorne.
