Large lithograph representing a naked man sitting and a monkey on a leash represented on a paper (vellum type) animal skin style, signed Trémois * EA (Ereuve Artist) No. I, dated 1970, vintage twentieth century.

This artist's proof was sold by the Maurice Garnier Gallery in Paris.

This litho is in good condition as well as its bronze or golden brass frame. It is signed and dated at the bottom and is marked EA and numbered at the bottom left.

A note: the frame will be cleaned, soiling and light wear of time, see photos.

* Pierre-Yves Trémois (born in 1921)

French painter, engraver and sculptor. The line is the main means of expression of Trémois. He defines his character. His career is rich: National School of Fine Arts in Paris, First Grand Prix of Rome Painting in 1942, Member of the Academy of Drawing of Florence in 1963 and Member of the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium in 1971. is one of the great masters of the art of drawing in the twentieth century.
