Very nice engraving or for optical watercolor depicting a view of the lively characters vestibule and staircase of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, XVIIIth century.
It is marked on the optical view: "Hall of St. Peter in Rome" (top upside down), "Perspective view of the hall and the stairs of St. Peter in Rome" and "In Paris Daumont in St-Martin ".
This print is in good condition. It is under glass. His wand is also in good condition and is more recent. A report: some tasks and jaunissures on paper, some scratches on the wood frame.
