Very nice set of 6 prints depicting a view of the island in Polynesia Kandabon, receiving Europeans Sulawesi island as well as native costumes, indigenous Haouaï Islands, and scenes of natives of the archipelago Tonga, period late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
These prints are in good condition. They are definitely from a book (see page number in the upper right). A report: the paper is stained, yellowed and torn in places see photos.
