Reliquary in medallion (metal frame) called "Agnus Dei"* with on one side a representation of the Virgin Mary in Pieta (inscription Roma below); on the other the Paschal Lamb, central medallions in wax, from the 19th century.
This reliquary is in good overall condition. The inscriptions around the edges of the wax medallions are difficult to read.
Please note: dirt and wear from time, see photos.
* An Agnus Dei is a devotional object in the form of a white wax medallion, oval in shape, very rarely round. It is solemnly blessed by the Pope. Of very ancient tradition, Agnus Dei have not been produced since the mid-1960s.
