White stone sculpture representing the Virgin of Piety (Pieta) seated carrying on her knees the body of her son Jesus Christ who died after the descent from the cross, wearing a robe and a large cloak covering her shoulders, from the 17th century.
This pieta is in its original condition, it has suffered some damage over time.
Please note: the head of the Virgin is missing, there are some accidents and breakages (the Virgin's hand, Christ's knee, etc.), dirt and wear from time. Take a good look at the photos.
