Commemorative medal known as Saint Helena * in bronze, on the obverse profile of Emperor Napoleon I with laurel wreath; on the reverse the inscription "Campaigns from 1792 to 1815 - To his companions in Glory his last thought Ste Hélène May 5, 1821", with its original ribbon, from the 19th century.

This medal is in its own juice.

* The Saint Helena medal was created during the Second Empire on August 12, 1857. It is considered to be the first French "commemorative medal". Awarded for all French and foreign fighters under French flags from 1792 to 1815 alive on the day of its creation.
