Rare nomination for entry into the Order of Saint Jerome * (S. Geronymo), granted by the General of the Frai Phelipe de Montemolin Order to Don Phelipe de Oiana (mayor of the City of Arroyo in Spain), dated July 12 of the year 1779, in a gilded carved wooden frame, from the 18th century.

This appointment is in good condition, in its own juice. It is under glass.

A note: some small accidents and holes in the paper, yellowing of time, accidents and gaps on the frame (in the lower decoration, on some foliage, lack of gilding on the edge ...), wear of time, take a good look at the Pictures.

* The Order of Saint Jerome (in Latin Ordo Sancti Hieronymi) is a monastic order of pontifical right founded in reference to Saint Jerome under the rule of Saint Augustine. It is a religious order linked mainly to Spain and partially present in Portugal.
