Important eagle-shaped lectern (in embossed brass) spreading its wide wings, placed on a fluted column mounted on a 3-sided base, each of them decorated with a medallion with musical instruments, with its two candle holders , from a private chapel on a property in Brittany, from the late 17th century.

This lectern is in good condition and is of exceptional quality. One of the three medallions on the base is not chiseled with instruments. An eagle feather will need to be reattached.

A note: some denting on the brass of the eagle and the grooves (a small piece of a groove is missing), some cracks on the wood, some traces of oxidation, wear of time, look carefully at the photos (see red arrows ).
