Small knife or miniature folding penknife, in mother-of-pearl and steel blades, with small scissors at one end, XIXth century.
This knife is in good condition.
A note: trace of oxidation on the blades, small accidents and gaps on the mother-of-pearl handle (on both sides), wear of time, see photos.
