Fan decorated with gouaches representing on both sides many Chinese characters (mandarins and women) in interiors and gardens, faces in bone (beef) veneer, lacquered wood frame enhanced with gilding decorated with characters and foliage motifs, in its lacquered box, from the 19th century.
This fan is in good general condition, in its juice.
A note: the box is damaged (hinges), a section of the range is unstuck (left frame side), missing some bone faces, some accidents and wear of time, see photos.
