Small wall console* in carved wood (oak), vintage late 19th century.
This console is in good general condition.

*Called “wall brackets”, the consoles are often placed against woodwork, a trumeau, between two windows or two doors. Under Napoleon III, we saw the rebirth of consoles with important plant ornaments. (extract from the Larousse Dictionary of antiques and flea markets).
