Decorative bowl in frosted crystal (most likely from Legras) and enamelled with a decoration of small coloured flowers enhanced with gilding, gilt metal frame, signed Victor Saglier*, from the Art Nouveau period, late 19th century.
This cup is in good condition, very good quality. Hallmarked on the frame and also signed on the base.
Please note: small shock and deformation on the frame (see red arrows), micro-scratches and slight wear from time, see photos.
* Goldsmith Victor Saglier (1842-1894): VS hallmark with a boat.
