Book with secret compartment and music box, entitled "Abrégé Chronologique de l'Histoire Ecclésiastique" in Paris 1751, leather cover decorated with coat of arms with a crowned shield, inside a Thorens brand music box (Harry Lime Theme), from the 18th century.
This book is in good overall condition, in its original state. The book dates from the 18th century, the secret compartment and the music box probably date from the early 20th century.
Please note: the paper is yellowed and pitted in places, there are some accidents, scratches and wear on the leather, see photos.
