Beautiful African mask Biombo * carved wood, vintage early twentieth century.
These masks have been reduced in the 1930s in France so they are old.
This mask is in good condition. A report: wear time, small accident on wood see last photo.
* The Biombo are a small population of Congo-Zaire, surrounded by Kuba which they are separated here for hundreds of years. They are located at the confluence of the Lulua and Kasai southern DRC. Because deleur migration, their masks are the result of many stylistic influences neighbors.
