Egg cup in English sterling silver finely chiselled with arabesques and vegetal scrolls, initials ELL in a crest, Birmingham hallmarks, letter date 1884 and craftsman George Unite *, from the end of the 19th century.
This egg cup is in good condition. Punched on the body (to the left of the crest) and under the foot.
A note: it will be to clean, it is slightly bent, micro-scratches and wear of time, see photos.
* Company created in 1825 in Birmingham by George Unite. The business was listed as George Unite & Sons (1865-1928) and as George Unite Sons & Lyde Ltd from 1928.
